ADVANCED ARCHITECTURE FOR KIDS

This is an advanced class

Ready to level up? Our Advanced Architecture for Kids Class is for students who have taken our previous class or are ready for a serious challenge! We explore the same concepts and projects but with greater complexity, detail, and problem-solving. Every week, you'll sharpen your skills by creating 2D drawings and building 3D models. This course fosters critical thinking and advanced techniques as you refine your ability to observe and analyze the built environment, working just like seasoned architects.

All supplies will be provided and students will be able to take their models home.

  • Critical Thinking
    Students will plan, test, and adapt their designs—learning to solve complex challenges with creativity and precision.

  • Human-Centered Design
    By connecting architecture to real-world spaces, students will discover how thoughtful design improves how we live.

Skills students will learn:

  • Architectural Design
    Students will explore key architectural movements and study how culture, function, and creativity shape design.

  • Spatial Reasoning
    Through hands-on projects, they’ll refine their sense of scale, proportion, and perspective while translating 2D ideas into 3D models.
