This website is operated by Petit Architect. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Petit Architect. Petit Architect offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and Services to you. You can read their full Terms of Service here.

SECTION 1 - CLASSES , CAMPS, AND WORKSHOPS

Classes and camps at the community centers are subject to the community centers policies. For classes and camps at community centers, refunds must be requested directly at the centers. Typically the centres charge a 5$ fee for cancellations.

Programs at our studio location are subject to service fees through our registration software and are final sale. If you have to cancel, we will issue a credit you can use towards another class at the same location minus a $25 administration fee. Any changes will result in a 5% admin fee charged by our registration software.

SECTION 2 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

SECTION 3 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

All prices are in Canadian Dollars. International orders will not be taxed by Petit Architect; however, customers will be responsible for customs, duties or brokerage fees that may be applied by your country of residence.

SECTION 4 - SAFETY + CAUTION

Please be advised that D.I.Y kits contain small parts and are not toys, therefore should be used with an adult. Handmade items are made with care and are not considered toys. Petit Architect is not responsible for any injury or damage caused through the use of these items.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING + RETURNS

Once we receive your order we’ll ship to you via Canada Post in one to ten business days. International customers please note that Petit Architect is not responsible for any customs, duties or brokerage fees that may be applied for importing goods into your country of residence. Should anything arrive damaged please let us know right away and we’ll do our best to remedy the situation. All sales are final.

SECTION 6 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. All content appearing on the site is property of Petit Architect.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Certain content, products and Services available via our Service may include materials from third-parties.

Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
