Build a Playground
Join us for a hands-on Pro-D Day workshop where kids explore the exciting world of architect-designed playgrounds. Students will learn how architects use creativity, problem-solving, and design thinking to create playgrounds that are safe and fun for all ages. This engaging architecture workshop encourages teamwork, spatial awareness, and creative confidence, all while reimagining what a playground can be.
When: Apr 20th, 2026 from 9:15 - 3pm

Tiny Homes, Big Idea
In this hands-on Pro-D Day workshop, students will explore the innovative world of the tiny home movement and discover how architects design small spaces to live large! We’ll look at creative tiny homes from around the world and learn how thoughtful design can maximize space, light, storage, and comfort. Students will sketch and plan their own dream tiny home, then build a detailed scale model complete with miniature furniture.
