Classes for ages 13+
A creative space for emerging architects to explore design through building, drawing, and model-making while developing the skills to think and create like professionals.
All materials are provided and students will take all their projects home.
Classes and projects are different every term so students can keep learning with us!

Skills students will learn:

Kids will gain a deep understanding of the steps behind great design: ideate, prototype, test, refine, and share—building skills they can use in future creative or technical pursuits.

Through hands-on projects like lamps, chairs, and wearables, students will gain practical building experience with a variety of tools and materials—bringing their designs to life.

Students will learn to design with people in mind—considering how objects, spaces, and experiences can solve real-world problems and improve everyday life.

From idea to final prototype, kids will build confidence in tackling open-ended challenges by brainstorming, iterating, and adapting their designs along the way.

Design Thinkers & Makers
Step into the world of professional design with challenging, hands-on projects! Students tackle creative builds like lamps, playgrounds, furniture, and more while mastering the full design process—from ideation and prototyping to testing and making. With small class sizes and personalized guidance, each student develops advanced skills to bring their boldest ideas to life. This class is ideal for those who have taken our classes before.
