Holiday Gift Guide 2023: Shop Small

It’s time to start your holiday shopping! We’re all about supporting local businesses here at Petit Architect. We value the time and effort it takes to create and manage a small business and it’s nice to buy products from within our own community. For our gift guide, we wanted to shout out as many Vancouver small businesses as we could

Overconsumption and overspending is a common problem especially around the holidays so we like gifting practical things that have a long lifetime or experiences. For kids, the concept of gifting them something they need, something they want, something to wear, and something to read, is a great way to avoid buying too many things like toys that will lose their appeal after a month. For teachers we like gifting something nice that they can use for a long time and that they might not get for themselves.

We can’t wait to start shopping around BC this year! Here are some of our favourite things we’ll be gifting this year (and hoping to receive!).
